2. According to your plan, cut the plywood and apply some UV protector on its surface.
3. Using the Rosin flux pen, trace the solder points on the solar cells to keep the wiring down. Solder all the solar cells and wiring together connect.
4. Stick solar cells to the plywood using the silicon. Drill holes on the plywood to connect the wires through to the back of the plywood and use silicon again to seal the borders.
5. Using silicon, attach the plexiglass to the border so your solar cells will be covered.
6. Seal all plywood holes with silicon.
